Welcome to Tiranga Online Consultancy LLP These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern your engagement as a Direct Selling Agent (referred to as "DSA Associate" or "Associate") with Tiranga Online Consultancy LLP (referred to as "Company" or "DSA"). Please read this Agreement carefully before proceeding. By becoming a DSA Associate, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.

Scope of Engagement

The DSA Associate agrees to promote and market the products/services offered by the Company to potential customers, following the guidelines provided by the Company.

The DSA Associate shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations and shall not engage in any illegal or unethical practices while representing the Company.

Commissions and Payouts

The Company shall provide the DSA Associate with commissions or incentives for successful sales or referrals as per the agreed terms.

The payout structure, commission rates, and payment schedule will be communicated to the DSA Associate by the Company and are subject to change at the Company's discretion.

The DSA Associate is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding their bank account details for commission payments. The Company shall not be liable for any delays or errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the DSA Associate.

Confidentiality

The DSA Associate agrees to maintain strict confidentiality and not disclose or use any confidential information for personal gain or to the detriment of the Company's business interests, both during and after the term of this Agreement.

Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice to the other party, specifying the reasons for termination.

Upon termination, the DSA Associate shall cease representing the Company immediately and shall return any Company property or materials in their possession.

The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately in case of a breach of any terms and conditions outlined herein or if the DSA Associate engages in any unlawful activities or activities that may harm the reputation or business interests of the Company.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Specify Jurisdiction].
